We process and fulfill all orders within 24 hours after the order is placed, except on weekends and major holidays during which fulfillment can take up to 2-3 business days. We ship via USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground, depending on package dimensions, and orders shipping to the West Coast will arrive within 1–3 business days after we ship. Orders shipping to the East Coast will arrive within 3–5 business days.

We charge a flat rate of $5 per order and offer free shipping for orders over $25. We currently offer free shipping only for domestic (US) orders. For expedited shipping, please select our express option at checkout.

After your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours - up to 72 during the Holiday season - after receiving the email for the tracking information to populate on the USPS or UPS website. 

We accept no liability for any loss resulting from the customer’s failure to comply with our carrier’s delivery. Our responsibility towards the fulfillment process ends once the package is in the carrier's hands - as shown by the tracking history. We are in no way responsible for claims of packages not received if the carrier's tracking history shows the package as delivered. If the carrier has to return the shipment to us then the customer will be liable for all shipping charges and credited for all merchandise returned in sellable condition.
