I ordered my products online and rushing through to the end only realize after I submitted it that they were billing the person to whom these gifts were being sent! I immediately wrote the company, asking them to contact me and explaining the situation. I sent two emails and even left a message on some Customer Service line. I never heard back from them. The products are nice, but I will not be ordering from them again.

We acted on your request and updated the billing address in your account at the time of your correspondence. We’d like to clarify that only the credit card information provided by you at the time of purchase is billed, and under no circumstances would your friend, to whom the gifts were sent, be charged. Our system has a feature where the shipping address can be auto-filled as the billing address, but this can be unchecked to allow for different information to be entered.

I ordered this for my girlfriend in NY. When she received it she didn't know who It was from. the wrong name ...She doesn't know a Barry and Sue Dibiasio.
