Shipping Rates and Returns

We process and fulfill all orders within 24 hours after the order is placed, except on weekends and major holidays. We ship via UPS Ground and orders shipping to the West Coast will arrive within 1–3 business days after we ship. Orders shipping to the East Coast will arrive within 5–7 business days.

We charge a flat rate of $5 per order to the lower 48 States and offer free shipping for orders over $75. We currently ship only to the US. For expedited shipping, please select our express option at checkout. We charge a flat rate of $20 for express shipping. Orders placed using express shipping will arrive within 2-3 business days after the order is processed.

For shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, we charge a flat rate of $10 on all standard orders. For express shipping to Alaska and Hawaii we charge a flat rate of $30.

After your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 8 hours after receiving the email for the tracking information to populate on the UPS website.

How to make a return or exchange:

To process your return, we just need your name and order number. Let us know if you're making a return or exchange and we will send you a pre-paid return label via email. If you are making an exchange, we will ship your new items immediately.

Please ship your order back to us in the original packaging with the packing slip. Returned items must be in original condition (unused, unwashed, unaltered) in the original box, free of damage and postal labels. If you are making a return, items will be refunded minus shipping charges within 10 days from receipt of the items in our warehouse. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on any final sale items. We will email you once your order has been refunded.

Insurance is automatically included on all orders over $100. Please contact us (FRIENDSHEEP!) if you have a question.

We accept refunds and exchanges. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days. 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
