We process and fulfill all orders within 24 hours after the order is placed, except on weekends and major holidays. We ship via UPS Ground and orders shipping to the West Coast will arrive within 1–3 business days after we ship. Orders shipping to the East Coast will arrive within 5–7 business days.
We charge a flat rate of $4 per order to the lower 48 States and offer free shipping for orders over $25. We currently ship only to the US. For expedited shipping, please select our express option at checkout. Orders placed using express shipping will arrive within 2-3 business days after the order is processed.
For shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, we charge a flat rate of $10 on all standard orders. For express shipping to Alaska and Hawaii please select our express option at checkout.
After your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 8 hours after receiving the email for the tracking information to populate on the UPS website.

How to make a return or exchange:

To process your return, we just need your name and order number. Let us know if you're making a return or exchange and we will send you a pre-paid return label via email. If you are making an exchange, we will ship your new items immediately.

Please ship your order back to us in the original packaging with the packing slip. Returned items must be in original condition (unused, unwashed, unaltered) in the original packaging, free of damage and postal labels. If you are making a return, items will be refunded minus shipping charges within 10 days from receipt of the items in our warehouse. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on any final sale items. We will email you once your order has been refunded.
